Cynthia, an Assistant Vice President and Financial Advisor, joined Baird in 2014, and has over 14 years of experience in the industry. She is focused on advanced wealth planning and building relationships to understand the core of client’s needs. Cynthia is passionate about the behavioral aspects of finance to design appropriate solutions to meet one's unique wishes. She has always had enthusiasm for learning and in 2019, earned the right to use the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CFP® designation. The CFP® process involved extensive education, an examination and ongoing dedication to rigorous ethical standards.
Cynthia is a past member of Baird’s Registered Assistant Advisory Council (RAAC). As a member of this council, Cynthia served as a communication liaison for all client specialists to advocate change, best practices, and professional development throughout the firm. Prior to working at Baird, Cynthia worked in the financial and banking industry. She received her Series 7 & Series 63 securities licensing in 2011. She also holds her Life & Health Insurance licenses. Cynthia earned her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, and her M.B.A. from Lakeland College.
Cynthia and her husband Justin reside in Green Bay. They have two children, Everett (11) and Rhoslyn (9). Cynthia enjoys watching her children navigate childhood and becoming active members of the Astor Park community. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.
