Ross joined Baird in 2019 as a Financial Advisor. His career in investment management and financial services began in 2003 and he brings over 20 years of experience in the industry to The JS Group. With a broad background which includes working with individuals, small to medium sized businesses as well as large institutional investors, he leverages that experience to serve as an advocate for his clients. He strives to provide each of his clients a high level of service and professionalism which entails: understanding each client’s needs, offering knowledgeable investment advice and providing a pro-active level of personal service that exceeds expectations.
Ross has a passion for problem solving, learning and educating. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Personal Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2003. In addition, he attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh where he earned his Executive M.B.A. in 2018. In 2021, he earned the right to use the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CFP® designation.
Ross enjoys volunteering in the community through local organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Junior Achievement, Grand Chute Baseball, De Pere Baseball, West De Pere Fastbreak Basketball, Feeding America and CAP® Services. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Molly, their 2 children, Claire (13) and George (10), at their cottage in Lakewood, WI. Some of his favorite times are spent there outdoors with his family. He is also a die-hard Wisconsin sports fan.
